Job Description
- Able to do basic full sets of accounting.
- Perform all data entry and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually detailed report.
- Assist in account payable.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and filling.
- Assist in handle accounting data entry and day to day operations in account and admin department.
- Responsible for documentation (ISO Standard) and monitoring claims.
- Assist with checking and data finding.
- Collect, maintain and safe keep all financial record.
- Carry out any others related task assigned by the company.
Education And Experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting or equivalent or SPM.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Possess basic accounting & audit entry knowledge
- Able to do work independently
- Good communication skills.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
